- 1 1/2 lb. beef loin top sirloin steaks (boneless)
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. beef broth
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips; dredge in flour.

2Combine steak, broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 2 1/2-quart micro-proof casserole.

3Push meat to center of casserole; set aside.

4Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.

5Cut into thick slices.

6Arrange mushrooms and onion around meat.

7Cover with casserole lid and cook on 80 for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender.
