- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. chili sauce
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Arrange meat, skin side up, thickest pieces to outside in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch dish.

2I use Reynolds cooking bags.

3Mix remaining ingredients, except cornstarch and water.

5Microwave on High for 10 minutes, rotate 1/2 turn, 10 to 15 minutes more on High, until thickest are done.
