- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (juice of 2-3 lemons)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

1Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth ad creamy and no lumps remain, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
