Middle Eastern Spinach Turnover

- 260 g Spinach
- 1 small Onion
- Lemon
- pine nuts
- Salt, Pepper (Black or White)
- Pomegranate juice
- Olive oil
Directions

1Shop finely cut spinach (after removing stems), rub with salt and squeeze liquid out.

2Shop onion fine, rub with salt and pepper and add to spinach.

3Fry pine nuts in a bit of butter, add to spinach. add juice of one lemon and two tablespoons of Pomegranate juice.

4Add olive oil and Mix all together.

5On a flattened basic dough cut circular pieces, place a bit of mixture on the circular dough and fold creating a triangular turnovers

6Place on an oven sheet, brush turnovers with olive oil, place in a pre-heated oven (200 degree C) for about 12/15 minutes or until slightly brown.

7Can be eaten hot ot cold.
