- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 3/4 cup Midori
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavouring
- 1/2 cup corn oil
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Midori
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavouring
Directions

1Beat cake ingredients for 4 minutes at medium speed.

2Pour into well greased Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350F (180C) for 50 to 55 minutes.

4Cool about 15 minutes in pan, then turn out onto cooling rack.

5For glaze: Mix glaze ingredients at high speed until smooth and spreadable.

6Glaze while cake is slightly warm.
