  • Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic pwd
  • 1 tsp onion pwd
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • Meatloaf:
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1 1/2 C chpd onions
  • 1 C chpd green bell pepper
  • 1 C chpd celery
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 C tomato juice
  • 1/2 C evaporated milk
  • 1 1 /2 lb gr. beef
  • 1/2 lb gr. veal (or add extra 1/2 lb beef)
  • 1/2 C unsalted saltine crackers (about 12)
  • 2 eggs
