- 1 c. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 roll Jimmy Dean regular breakfast sausage
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375° to 400°.

2Mix cornbread mix, Bisquick, egg and milk. Fry and drain well the breakfast sausage.

3Cool, then add to cornbread mixture. Stir in grated cheese, corn, onion and bell pepper.

4Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for about 45 minutes.

5Will be crisp.
