- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

- 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons VEGEMITE
- 2 tablespoons fruit chutney
Directions

1Heat a frying pan or wok, add a little oil and stirfry onion, garlic, ginger and spices for 8-10 minutes until onion is soft.

2Add vegetables and stir fry 6 minutes or until tender.

3Add combined coconut milk, Vegemite* and fruit chutney and cook a further 2-3 minutes.

4Serve immediately as main meal accompaniment or with steamed rice.
