- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder/salt
- 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers or 1/2 c. green chili peppers (optional)
Directions

1Using a food processor, chop tomatoes until juicy, with a few chunks.

2Chop onion slightly and add to tomatoes.

3Chop bell pepper slightly and add to tomato and onion mixture.

4Add garlic salt and oregano; stir.

5Use to top tacos or any dish you'd like to spice up!
