  • 1 lb. sliced and cut meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika

    Mix all spices together.

    Sprinkle on both sides of meat. Cover tightly and marinate 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.

    Dry at 145° for about 4 hours.
