  • 16 Chicken wings
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Grated onion
  • 1 clove Grated garlic
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock granules
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sake

Directions

    Season the wings with salt and pepper and leave for 5-10 minutes.

    Put and Step 1 in a plastic bag and toss well.

    Put it in a fridge for about a half day.

    Roast it in a 250C oven for 20-30 minutes.

    (No need to pre-heat the oven).
