  • 200 grams Milk
  • 3 tbsp Skimmed milk
  • 40 grams Sugar

Directions

    Put the ingredients in a heat-proof container, mix, then microwave until it rises.

    Let it cool in the fridge.

    (Knead twice.)

    I used 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk (powdered) per 100g of milk, but more might be better.
