  • 1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 well beaten egg
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs (Ritz)

Directions

    Heat corn and milk, gradually stirring in eggs.

    Add next 3 ingredients and a dash of pepper.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased 8-inch round baking dish.

    Sprinkle butter crumbs over the top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
