  • 5 grams Cornstarch
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 60 grams Milk
  • 50 grams Condensed milk
  • 1 Egg white
  • 10 grams Butter

    Add the strong flour, cornstarch, and sugar to a heat-resistant container while measuring.

    Use a whisk to mix in a circular motion.

    Soften and smooth it out here to avoid clumping later.

    Mix in the milk a little at a time.

    Then add the condensed milk and mix well.

    Be careful not to let lumps form.

    Heat in the microwave at 700 W for about 1 minute 40 seconds.
