- 6 medium squash, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. sour cream
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Boil squash, carrots and onion; drain and set aside.

2Mix soup and sour cream; set aside.

3Mix stuffing with margarine; line casserole dish with the mixture.

4Alternate layers of vegetables and soup mixture, ending with soup.

5Sprinkle more stuffing on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
