  • 1 bunch carrot, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • pepper

Directions

    Glaze the onion in butter.

    Add the carrots, the milk and some pepper (to taste).

    Leave to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
