  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine pinched-up candy bars, nuts and butter.

    Heat until melted.

    Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.

    Add milk alternately with dry ingredients.

    Add vanilla and fold in candy mixture. Bake at 350°.
