  • 450 grams puff pastry squares
  • 1 cup cream thick
  • 1 dream whip sachet, 36g
  • 1 caramel sachet, 50g cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

    Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius

    Divide the puff pastry squares into quarters so you end up with 40 small squares and arrange them on large oven tray

    Cook the puff pastry for 10-15 minutes until they rise and look golden then set aside to cool

    Prepare filling while pastries cool. Combine thick cream, dream whip and cream caramel to make a custard mix. Add the spoonful of milk to lighten the mixture if consistency is too thick

    Once pastries are cooled, gently open the puff pastry by hand or with a knife and stuff each one with a spoonful of custard and sprinkle powdered sugar on top
