  • 1 slice ham, chopped, or 2 c. chopped ham
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 c. potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can corn
  • 4 c. hot milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Add onion to pressure cooker and brown.

    Add potatoes, ham, water, salt and pepper.

    Close pressure cooker and cook 5 minutes. Let pressure drop.

    Add corn, milk and butter.

    Reheat.

    Thicken chowder, if desired.
