- 1/2 tablespoon agar flakes
- 1/2 cup millet Packed, cooked, hot
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews Clean
- 1 tablespoon carrot Peeled, cooked
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Stir agar into water and heat, stirring constantly, untill dissolved and liquid is clear.

2Pour into a blender and blend with remaining ingredients untill very smooth.

3Let stand a few minutes so that air bubbles can escape.
