  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow cream or 6 oz. mini marshmallows
  • Million Dollar Icing (recipe follows)

Directions

    In large bowl, cream butter, then slowly beat in eggs.
  2. 2
    Mix in coconut, sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla and nuts.

    This makes a heavy batter.

    Spread in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in preheated oven 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
