  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 (20-oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (8-oz.) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 (9-in.) ready-to-use graham cracker crust
  • Maraschino cherries with stems

Directions

    Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a large bowl until fully combined and thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Add pineapple tidbits, crushed pineapple, pecans, and coconut; stir until fully combined.

    Fold in 1 container of whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

    Top with remaining container of whipped topping, and garnish with cherries.
