  • 1 3/4 cups guava nectar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (12-ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 (33.8-ounce) bottle club soda, chilled

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large pitcher, stirring well. Cover and chill, if desired.

    Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve over crushed ice.
