- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 small can coconut
- nuts (optional)
Directions

1Stir together Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.

2Add pineapple and juice, coconut and nuts.

3Blend together and fold in Cool Whip.

4Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts and chill.
