- 2 graham crackers crusts
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. or 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. lemon juice (real)
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Toast 1/2 cup coconut to put on top.

2In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, pineapple, 1 cup coconut, pecans and lemon and mix well.

3Fold in Cool Whip.

4Pour into crusts.

5Garnish with 1/2 cup toasted coconut.

6Chill 3 hours until set.

7Refrigerate.
