- 1 lb. oleo, room temperature
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 3/4 c. milk
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Directions

1Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each one.

2Add flour and milk alternately.

3Add flavorings; beat 1 minute on high speed.

4Use greased and floured angel food pan.

5Bake 2 hours at 300°.

6Test with toothpick.

7Cool in pan not inverted.

8If you use a Bundt pan, cook part of batter in another pan or it will run over.
