  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. cooked rice, chilled
  • 12 to 16 maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 c. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Combine marshmallows and drained pineapple.

    Mix cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise until smooth.

    Add to marshmallow mixture.

    Add rice and cherries.
