Millionaire Cake

   Bake cake mix in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

   Cool.

   Drain pineapple and put on top of cake.

   Mix 1/2 cup milk with cream cheese until smooth.

   Add 2 1/2 cups milk and pudding; beat until thick.

   Spread over pineapple.

   Spread Cool Whip over pudding.

   Sprinkle with nuts.
