  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 box powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • baked pie crust
  • 1 carton whipping cream, whipped stiff or Cool Whip
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Cream butter, eggs and sugar.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour creamed mixture into a baked pie crust and refrigerate until firm.

    Drain pineapple.

    Mix together whipped topping, pineapple and pecans and cover pie.

    Keep refrigerated.
