- 4 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 flat can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Beat eggs well and combine with next three ingredients, beating well.

2Pour in a crust and let chill.

3Mix the whipping cream, powdered sugar, nuts, vanilla and pineapple together.

4Put this on top of other mixture.

5Chill until ready to serve.
