  • Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 3 1/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • small Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (black or regular walnuts)
  • 2 1/4 c. cold milk

Directions

    Make cake according to recipe but substitute the water with the pineapple juice from the can of pineapple.

    Spread cake evenly in an 8 x 12-inch cake pan.

    Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
