- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed
Directions

1Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till soft.

2Add in soup, water, lowfat milk, basil, pepper and paprika.

3Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 min.

4Flake tuna and add in to chowder.

5Simmer for 15 min and serve.
