Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can tuna, liquid removed

Directions

    Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till soft.

    Add in soup, water, lowfat milk, basil, pepper and paprika.

    Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 min.

    Flake tuna and add in to chowder.

    Simmer for 15 min and serve.
