  • 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip lite

Directions

    Bake the cake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 12 minutes. Cool.

    Slowly blend the milk with the cream cheese and pudding. Pour over cake; let set.

    Spread drained crushed pineapple over pudding mixture.

    Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
