  • 2 pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 can water chestnuts, cut in small pieces
  • 4 tsp. dill seed or weed
  • 1 small bottle Italian dressing (may be fat-free)
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook beans until tender.

    Drain and add water chestnuts and dill weed.

    Marinate in dressing for 1 hour or more.

    If desired, use chopped celery and green onion to taste.
