- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. warm milk
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water. Add milk, remaining water, salt, sugar and oil. Stir in flour. Let mixture rise, until doubled about 1 hour, in greased bowl. Punch down and allow to rise for 1 more hour. Punch dough down and form into rolls. Let rolls rise until doubled. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
