- 2 large carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- clove garlic
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 small can tomato paste
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 c. elbow macaroni
Directions

1Chop carrots, celery and garlic.

2Bring to a boil with 2 cups water and bouillon cubes.

3Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

4Add chopped tomatoes and paste, along with 4 cups water and kidney beans. Simmer 20 minutes.

5Add elbow macaroni.

6Cook until tender. Serve with grated cheese.
