- 108 grams Cream cheese
- 35 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg (large)
- 75 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
Directions

1Prepare the ingredients.

2Microwave (600 W) the cream cheese for 30 seconds to soften.

3Preheat the oven to 160C (320 F).

4Add granulated sugar to the cream cheese and then mix until smooth and fluffy.

5Add egg, heavy cream, lemon juice and sifted flour in that order.

6Continue whipping the mixture well each time.

7Divide the mixture into 6 cupcake liners and smooth out the surface.

8Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, then chill well in the fridge.
