  • 8 egg whites
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can solidly packed pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 c. skim milk
  • 1/4 c. applesauce

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt cake pan or angel food pan, 10 x 4-inch.

    Beat ingredients, except glaze, on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.

    Beat again on medium speed for three minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread in pan.
