- 5 hot cross buns or raisin rolls, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ground cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 - 12 cup mini muffin pans. Distribute hot cross buns between prepared pans. Whisk milk, cream, eggs and sugar then distribute over buns. Set aside for 10 mins to soak up liquid then bake for 15 mins, or until puddings are set and golden. Serve warm dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
