- 2 lb. yellow squash, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- sage, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook squash in a small amount of water in saucepan until tender; drain.

2Combine with onion, margarine, eggs, sage, paprika, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.

3Stir in half the cheese.

4Spoon into buttered baking dish.

5Sprinkle with remaining cheese and additional paprika.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until browned.
