- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. heavy or whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 oz. milk chocolate or 3 oz. dark chocolate and 3 oz. white chocolate
- 2 tsp. vegetable shortening
Directions

1Melt 8 ounces chocolate, cream and butter over low heat until smooth.

2Cover and freeze 20 minutes.

3Drop onto wax paper covered cookie sheet by 1 teaspoon scoops. Freeze 15 minutes. Quickly and gently roll into balls.

4Freeze again 15 minutes until hard.
