- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine the first 4 ingredients in mixer until smooth.

3Put cupcake holders in muffin pan.

4Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake holder.

5Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. Cool; top with pie filling.
