  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • fruit or chocolate

    Place foil liners in muffin tin. Put vanilla wafer in each. Mix all ingredients well. Pour over wafers 3/4 way full. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Cool. Top with fruit or chocolate.
