- 17-18 cupcake liners
- 17-18 vanilla wafers
- 2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 - 21 oz. can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Line muffin baking pan with paper cupcake liners; place 1 wager on bottom of each liner.

3In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese; add sugar and beat again.

4Add eggs, lemon juice and vanilla and beat till light and fluffy.

5Fill line to 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture.

6Bake 15-20 minutes.

7Remove from oven and pan; cool.

8Top w/ desired pie filling.
