Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cream cheese
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 grams Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cake flour

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

    Put cupcake liners (or aluminum cups) into the cupcake tin.

    Put all ingredients into a food processor.

    Mix until there is no cheese.

    It's better to cut the cheese into small pieces.

    Pour the mixture into the liners, to about 70% full.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180C.

    Check with a bamboo skewer, if it comes out clean, it's done.

    Ramekin version: If you're using slightly larger ramekins, you can make 6-8 cheesecakes (about 9 cm diameter).
