- 2 (8 oz (224 grm). pkgs) of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mini chocolate chips
- Oreos
- Paper muffin cups (works better than foil)
Directions

1Soften both packages of cream cheese in a large bowl in microwave for about 2 minutes on medium power.

2Add sugar and fold in.

3Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

4Stir in eggs one at a time.

5Line muffin pans with paper baking cups.

6Put a whole Oreo in each cup.

7Pour batter in each cup, about 3/4 full.

8Bake in a 325 degree (175 C.) F. oven for 25-30 minuntes or until lightly browned.

9Let cool in the pans for 15-20 minutes before removing.

10Best if served refrigerated.
