  • 2 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring
  • cupcake liners
  • vanilla wafers
  • Blueberry, Cherry, or Strawberry Pie Filling

    Preheat oven 350 degrees.

    Mix eggs and cream cheese.

    Add sugar and vanilla, mix until fluffy.

    Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner in a muffin pan.

    Fill liners 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.

    Bake for 10 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Top with 1 Tbsp of pie filling.

    Chill.
