- 2 eggs
- 2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Cream together softened cream cheese and sugar until well blended and fluffy.

2Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.

3Mix until well blended.

4Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of paper liner and fill cupcake tin 3/4 full.

5Bake at 350° for 18 minutes.

6Yields 16 cupcakes.

7When cooled, put cherry pie filling on top.
