- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- topping of choice
Directions

1Line muffin tins with cupcake papers.

2Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.

3Beat together sugar, eggs, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth, at least 5 minutes.

4Pour into prepared muffin tins.

5Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.

6Cool thoroughly.

7Top with fruit pie filling, fruit or jam.

8Keep chilled.
