- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line muffin tin with foil cupcake liners.

2Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

3Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed on mixer until well blended; add eggs, mix well.

4Pour into muffin cups over wafers, fill 3/4 full.

5Bake 25 minutes at 325°. Chill.

6Top with fruit, preserves if desired.
